It was an exciting time for all of us because we not only loved the work but also learned many new things. I was able to organize and lead the team for that wonderful function. This incident helped me reveal my leadership qualities and strengthen my character. Now I am very sure that if I improve my skills by practicing, I will definitely become an effective leader. Leadership qualities are very necessary in professional sphere and for a bright future. Leadership doesn't just mean giving orders to do something, but also inspiring them to do the work and helping them work collaboratively with each other.
