It has its strengths and weaknesses just like most other theories. We are all individuals who have individual personalities that can be explained in many ways. I really like the explanation of social cognitive learning theory. With my background of connecting to my male role models and the experiences I've had in the military, it seems like the theory connects me with the best. This is evident from the effect my social environment had on me. I think we can all connect in some way with any of the theories we have discussed so far because there is some truth in all of these theories.
