Map taken from www.oberoihotels.com In addition to luxury hotels, The Oberoi Group also operates a luxury cruise service on the Nile (Egypt) and Kerala. Ponds (India). Aboard the Oberoi Vrinda, guests can embark on a two- or three-night voyage to discover Kerala's rich heritage and admire its picturesque backwaters. The Oberoi Zahra, a luxury Nile cruiser, sets sail on a 7-day voyage allowing guests to immerse themselves in thousands of years of Egyptian culture. Additionally, according to The Oberoi's website, the Zahra is "the only boat on the Nile with a full-service spa." The Oberoi Philae, Nile Cruiser is currently under renovation......middle of paper......their service excellent - most reviews I have read online also praise the Oberoi Hotels based on , but certainly not limited to their service. After researching and learning more about this company, I would definitely consider working for Oberoi Hotels after graduation. The idea of working in exciting countries is very appealing to me and some of the Oberoi Hotels are located in wonderfully exotic locations such as Bali and Mauritius. Also, based on my interview with Mr. Balachandran, the Oberoi Group is likely to expand, so I'm excited to see what other countries these hotels will expand into. Finally, there is a lot of room for growth and promotion as Oberoi Hotels tend to hire from within before looking for new candidates, meaning there could be a good chance of reaching higher level positions in the hotels..
