Topic > PE Required; Will it really solve the problem?

For the first time in years, schools are considering imposing an extra required class on students in hopes of solving a deadly problem; however, it may cause more problems rather than reduce it. A statistic recently released by the Kaiser Family Foundation states that in America, 31.3% of young people between the ages of 10 and 17 are obese or overweight. To combat this problem, the President's Council on Physical Fitness introduced a proposal that would require all high schools in the United States to hold daily, mandatory physical education classes to promote healthy lifestyle choices. Healthy living doesn't just involve exercise, it also involves eating well of physical education throughout the school year. This way, students who feel the need to exercise can attend the course and those who prefer to attend another course can also do so effective by dedicating more time to exercises rather than certain low-activity sports and activities. By implementing these ideas, you will give sick students the opportunity to change their lives in a positive way that will not have a significant impact on the school budget. , a negative impact on students' health and emotions or will cause lessons to be shortened. Let's work together to end this serious problem in a way that benefits everyone.
