While I take care of my grandchildren, they have to listen to me, so I am their boss. Another role I play is to comfort my family in times when they need it. I'm the loudest in my family and I'm energetic and I also seem to make them laugh. I am a teacher to my grandchildren and the same to others who are older than me. During dinners with my family we do activities to interact and have fun. I try to help when problems arise, but they take it into consideration.
