In any type of legal relationship, the subject always plays an important role, and is one of the signals to determine the relationship that concerns the adaptation of any legislative system. International law is a legislative system made up of a set of thousands of documents from various sources. Research on the topics is necessary as it helps to find out the source of the law, the relationship of which concerns the adaptation of the law. Subjects of international law include sovereign states and similar entities, intergovernmental organizations, individuals and multinational corporations. First of all, it is necessary to know the definition of subjects of international law. From the perspective of legal theories, the identification of subjects of international law must be based on the following fundamental signals: participation in international legal relations that are regulated by international law; have a desire for independence in international activities; have full rights and obligations separately towards other objects within the scope of the adaptation of international law; ability to assume international legal responsibility for acts committed by the subject. In general, objects of international law are entities that participate or may have the ability to participate in international legal relations independently.
