Saint AugustineSaint Augustine (354-430) better known as Augustine of Hippo was originally from North Africa. At the age of 16, Patrick sent Augustine to study rhetoric in Carthage, which was the state capital. However, Augustine only started at the age of 17, because his father had to save for expenses. During his time in Carthage, Augustine realized that he had developed a passion for theatrical performances. Understanding the plays, he realized that many students were "tippers." These have been studied… in the center of the paper… in the United States, his writings are still viewed today because they have great and significant meaning. Augustine's actions are something some might consider. His moral lessons, a good education and faith in Christianity. Moral lessons are what will improve an individual and make better decisions. A good education would make you feel more complete as an individual and understand better. Staying positive is what will make people feel like their life has more value.
