They don't buy anything because they don't have money or they need that money for something else. In fact, these shoppers can stay in a store for hours and not purchase a single item. I can say that most of the time I window shop. I can look around for hours and not buy anything. I basically look at things I want to buy for when I have the money to do so. I've noticed a lot of people do the same thing, they join friends at the mall just to hang out and end up looking at the windows, going in and out
