Topic > The field of nursing: Nursing is a beautiful field

This is another reason why they get paid more than they get paid now. On the off chance that there are not enough nurses to accommodate the large number of patients, nurses should be better supervised financially. Nursing shortages in clinics mean nurses have to work harder and for longer hours, which actually harms their physical and emotional well-being. In case the nurses were also very exhausted, if the situation remained the same there would be nowhere for the patient to go. If nurses are not paid more, people will no longer be interested in becoming nurses. Working sufficiently in your pajamas is not a motivating force, and the lack of respect in correlation to the appreciation received from doctors does not empower the nursing field either. There is one thing we should all keep in mind: the field of nursing is the field of affection and love. Scholars have so far been unable to agree on a single definition of nurse. For some it is love and in many ways it is correct. They try in every way to take care of patients and sometimes when someone is sick; they need someone to talk to and crave love. A nurse not only helps patients but, together with the patients, also helps their families heal. I am sure that if we keep these things in mind, it will help us to respect them
