The world of work continues to bring together to work on projects all different personality types who will not always agree with me and I have to accept that and not move on but instead think about what gaps I have in my personality that I need to work on in order to make the team as productive as possible and contribute to the best of my abilities. If I don't work on my weaknesses I will miss many opportunities that the future holds for me. Also, as a leader of the future, I think the world is constantly changing and I have to accept it and make sure I also change who I am as a leader, but for a better future.
