As we all know that diversity plays an important role in the United States today, so the focus of this essay will be on effective communication skills in a diverse work environment, I we will discover the communication barriers between different cultures, how important diversity is for all societies/organizations and how to improve our communication style/skills and how to become better listeners in order to avoid any lack of communication in interactions in the near future. Anyone in a job having a good understanding of effective communication skills in a diverse work environment will enhance each person's ability to have a professional and successful work experience.
