Effective communication between colleagues of different cultural backgrounds ensures a highly successful organization. As we already know, in today's workplace it is very important to be able to communicate with colleagues. Unless they incorporate their gestures and tone, we will not be able to see their point of view and understand their meaning. We live and work around different cultures, which makes us more aware of the different people around us, addressing diversity in everyday life, this will help us communicate better in the workplace and in personal interactions.
