Information Management Johannnessen and Olsen (2010) noted that "with this economic landscape, knowledge itself has become a factor of production, particularly knowledge related to the identification and exploiting new ways to establish temporary competitive advantage” (p. 502). Their observation reflects that in today's business environment, the ability to optimize information is a significant factor that enables such companies to succeed. However, the use of information is more important than limited in business practices, even for all inhabitants and in other professional fields (Badke, 2009; Turusheva, 2009). Educational institutions where they are responsible for teaching students to embed the knowledge they use to achieve their life and professional life may need to focus on improving effectively teaching students the use of information skills that will enable students how to use information information effectively and accurately. The change in the use of information in business today, companies have changed the way they use information to support their performance in a completely different way than they did in the past. Recently, companies have used information generated by research and development (R&D) from a department within the company or by hiring any research and development company from outside. Information that a company receives from the research and development department generally based on the needs of the company (Johannessen & Olsen, 2010). The new customer-centric business strategy where companies manage their businesses by generating information through customers, prospects and consumers to find their needs and satisfy them (Johannessen & Olsen, 2010).
