Mix thoroughly.3. Pour the salsa into the bowl and serve with warm, whole Anasazi corn tortillas or baked corn tortillas. Corn Tortillas What you need: 2 cups corn flour (Masa Harina works best) 1 ½ cups hot water ¼ teaspoon saltWhat you do:1. In a medium bowl, mix together cornmeal, water, and salt until dough is sticky. (If it's too sticky, add more cornmeal; if it's too dry, add more water.)2. Form the dough into golf ball-sized balls and pat them with your hands to form very thin 6-inch circles. Place the tortilla on a hot, lightly greased griddle and cook until golden brown. (Your tortilla isn't crunchy yet, but you can still eat it. Put some salsa on it and then roll up the tortilla to eat!)3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.4. Place the cooked tortillas on a baking sheet and brush each with oil. Then cut them into strips with a pizza cutter.5. Cook for about 5-10 minutes or until crispy.6. Once the chips have cooled a bit, dip them in the Anasazi bean sauce and enjoy!BibliographyAmerica The Beautiful - Colorado, by Deborah Kent, Childrens Press Chicago, 1992Illustrated World Encyclopedia, 1967WWW.State Governments.Colorado.Gov
