My Teaching Philosophy Teaching is the most rewarding and self-fulfilling career I could imagine having. The satisfaction you get from seeing a child's eyes light up when they understand and understand the topics I'm teaching them is a feeling of great accomplishment. Teaching children to become productive adults helps establish our society. Today's children are tomorrow's adults. I want to help society the best way I know how. I want to become a teacher. My lifelong dream has always been to become not only a teacher, but also a mentor. Education as a profession is not a well-paid position, but the amount of self-gratification I could receive is the best reward I could get. I have always been good with children and have been involved in various activities and sports. As a coach, I have educated young athletes on various ways to perform in the sport in which they participate. In a real situation, when I see the athlete perform what I have taught him, I feel a sense of pride and accomplishment. If I can feel this good about helping with extracurricular activities, I can only imagine how I would feel when teaching core subjects in everyday school life. Essentialism could be the teaching philosophy I intend to practice, because I believe in the back-to-basics teaching approach. The essential elements of the academic process along with character development of students are extremely important to these students when faced with the real world. It is extremely important for students to learn primary subjects. I feel that certain topics need to be addressed every day to help students gain the necessary skills that will become… halfway… a good educator. This will open my mind to even more knowledge, which I can pass on to my students and my classroom. In conclusion, I would like to say that in my classroom I would be the one teaching the core subjects. I will also be the one who helps students along with technology skills that will help them in their future. I will try to help students from the "bad house" become confident, confident and comfortable in the school environment. As a teacher, I will not be strictly essentialist, perennialist, or even behaviorist. I will incorporate all aspects of these teaching philosophies into my classroom. I will also be a teacher who is compassionate, caring, understanding, and willing to go the extra mile for my students. I will be a teacher adaptable to my students' environment and classroom situation.
