Often, I can't help but wonder what my life would be like if I hadn't been exposed to the world of business; a wonderful career that completely changed my life. I became interested in an entrepreneurial career because I love crunching numbers and interacting with people; But above all, my passion for business came from my grandfather. He taught me many valuable tips on how to be a successful person and especially how to run a business. He was not only a successful businessman, but also a respected individual. One of the businesses he owned was a company called "Wu Long Tea Factory". The main thing they produce is obviously tea, but they also have products like cakes, sweets and all kinds of things. Being the assistant production manager of this company, I was able to experience everything that happened in the factory. Even though this was the context in which I grew up, my greatest passion was not being a manager in a factory; It was the financial part that got me excited. I can often even see myself sitting in my office and working on clients' financial profiles and bank statements. I also took extra math classes and participated in many competitions to prepare myself to succeed in this particular field. Other things I did to better prepare myself were participating in school activities, doing internships, and having a job. I believe that all my hard work will pay off when I consider myself a successful businessman. I grew up in a low-income family with a father who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis; in other words, my life was full of difficulties. Being the eldest son of the two, I had a lot of responsibilities to carry on my shoulders. My father is an individual who screwed younger children by teaching them certain topics or just spending time playing with them. The hobbies I do give me a sense of fun and satisfaction. By attending New York University, as it offers one of the best business programs, I believe I will be even more successful, both academically and socially. I have enthusiasm and ambition, as well as having good leadership skills, being a hard worker and having excellent social networking skills. After spending a childhood with a father with rheumatoid arthritis and arriving in a foreign country where I knew very little of his language, I struggled to take up and participate in any learning opportunity. I know I am ready for the challenges and tasks ahead. I firmly believe that no matter what kind of trials people face, as long as they have the heart and will to do it right, they will succeed.
