While I do this event my job will not be at risk, I am doing it for a good cause. My career will be positively affected considering social workers do this quite often, helping families in any way possible by finding resources they will benefit from. I will be known in my workplace for being willing to make a difference in a family's life by providing them with a food basket for Thanksgiving. Evaluation I would like to continue this event because I know it will make a difference in a family. I understand that it will be difficult to find funding, but I know that somehow I will be able to get enough donations and have these baskets ready for families at Thanksgiving. Innovative idea This event has never been organized before, but there have been similar events at the Inspire centre. This is a new idea and if it is successful then I am sure that this event will be repeated several times in the coming years, all if the funding is found for
