Autonomy gives you a full sense of volition and choice. In my future career, in marketing, I will use autonomy depending on what my work regulations are like. If my work standards allow me, I intend to work where I want and how I want. As Pink states, “Where motivation 2.0 sought compliance, motivation 3.0 seeks commitment (109).” I agree that mastery means being able to do something perfectly well and that the main key to achieving mastery is effort. To be the best I can be for the job, I plan to learn every day from experiences or colleagues to further my career. Also, I stick to one thing until I complete it before starting the next. Purpose is the activation energy to live, in other words whatever motivates me to do something. My purpose in the future will be my family and giving them everything they have
