“It” may, in many minds, refer to a simple item on the McDonald's menu, perhaps a cheeseburger or an order of fries. “It” could refer to a multitude of things. “It” could be the service provided during a particular visit to a McDonald's restaurant. “It” could mean the quality of food received at McDonald's restaurant. “It” could also mean McDonald's great customer service or McDonald's impact on a person's life in general. “Leaving “it” to the consumer's imagination, the meaning of McDonald's slogan can take on a multitude of connotations; this is the beauty of poetry. However, in the case of McDonald's, this turns out to be almost the opposite of what the large corporation is trying to do
