1.0 Introduction Expanding the business, improving customer service, increasing profitability: these are the main objectives of every organization. Furthermore, the working atmosphere and spirit are the key factors for the company's development. During the latest search, conducted on "USBX and Co." it was found that the working atmosphere was inadequate and employee motivation had dropped to a very low level, although in terms of salary all employees were satisfied. Therefore, it was immediately decided that the Human Resources Department should conduct proper research to find possible solutions by proposing the methods to motivate workers in the organization.2.0 THE MOTIVATION PLAN OF THE ORGANIZATION Based on the research conducted by the Human Resources Department, it was decided to develop the organization's motivational plan by combining two theories of motivation, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs (1954) and McClelland's (1961) Theory of Achievement Motivation. Employees are an organism that depends on the working atmosphere, team spirit and incentives. They are an omnipotent power of the company under the authority of a wise manager. The following plan presents various strategies for addressing issues related to job satisfaction, employee turnover, productivity and quality of work.
