This article will argue that those who support abortion do not actually support the end of life, and in the near future artificial wombs may put an end to the current moral debate over abortion. To understand this topic we must break down the concept of abortion, or the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy, into two currently related but intrinsically distinct concepts: extraction and termination. The right to abortion can be accepted as the right not to be pregnant, or as the right to extraction. Conversely, the right to abortion could also imply the right to terminate the pregnancy, but also the right to abort the fetus. These two concepts, although distinct, are for the moment connected. The majority of those who defend abortion do not defend abortion. If science created a safe and economical method of extracting the fetus into an artificial womb, then, according to most arguments in favor of abortion, this method would be mandatory. This would put an end to the current abortion debate. Objection 1: Some might argue that extracting a fetus from an artificial womb is unnatural. If it were unnatural, then it would go against nature. Therefore, we as human beings should not go against nature and should not use artificial wombs. This objection directly attacks the idea that artificial wombs could replicate the natural environment of the uterus. Objection 2: Another objection would imply the lack of maternal refuge. If the fetus were transported in an artificial womb, it would be deprived of maternal care. In this case, it is argued that this is morally wrong. One could go on to argue that maternal deprivation as a developing fetus could lead to other problems overdue... middle of paper... the authority to destroy unborn life". With this emphasis the Catholic The teaching would certainly recommend preserving life rather than ending life, whether or not it includes an artificial womb. One day in the near future, the modern debate on abortion may be put to an end with the use of artificial wombs it is only a consequence of terminating the pregnancy, so it is almost impossible to defend the right to kill a fetus by advocating abortion. At the same time, the use of artificial wombs will raise additional moral disputes, but it has little importance in comparison to the preservation of. I believe that people of all faiths and religions need to realize this. To address the question of the morality of those who will walk this earth, I think we need to change the dynamics of abortion and artificial wombs can prove effective in this regard...
