Behavioral beliefs are influenced by the surrounding environment and the influence will have the performance on individual behavior. Travel intention is one of the behavioral intentions, so it can include these behaviors based on the behavioral intention. Mackay (1998) suggested a significant approach to understanding behavioral intention. There were six processes in the stages of changing the structure of travel intention (DiClemente et al., 1991; Prochaska & DiClemente, 1998), a process of six main stages forms a travel intention: (1) precontemplation (2 ) contemplation (3) preparation phase (4) action phase (5) maintenance phase (6) relapse phase.
