1.0 INTRODUCTION PEST analysis is often used as a generic "orientation" tool, to find out where an organization or product is in the context of what is happening around the world. The first is business-to-consumer (B2C) where the organization (business) is the seller, while the consumer is a person (buyer), the second consumer to business (C2B). In this type, consumers say what goods or services they need, and subsequent organizations compete to provide goods or services to the consumer. Next is , Consumer-to-consumer, where the transaction of selling goods or services takes place between individuals. Intra-company (intra-organizational) trade. In this type of organizations, they use E-Commerce to enhance their organizational operational activities. It is also known by the term Business-to-Employee (B2E). Furthermore, the E-commerce type is another Government-to-Citizens (G2C) and others where...... middle of paper...... are involved in Internet business. For example in Malaysia the famous Internet businessman is Irfan Khairi. Irfan Khairi runs his business via the Internet at home. He uses his expertise to create/obtain products and services and then sell them over the Internet to market to millions of Internet users around the world. Irfan Khairi is not only an internet businessman but also a book writer. Where in the book he writes, Irfan shares his knowledge, the secret of his success. An example of a book written by Irfan is "Rahsia Internet.com: Rahsia Jutawan-Jutawan Internet Terbongkar" and "Secrets of Internet Millionaires Revealed". CONCLUSION So, a newcomer should seek advice before trying to conduct e-commerce business. Because good advice can make them successful. They know how to do a right promotion, what their goal is and can prevent them from making a mistake.
