Topic > A Brief Note on Agriculture in India - 684

India has transformed from an underdeveloped nation to a developing nation. Although its primary population is still involved in agriculture as a primary occupation, our nation has optimized enough to be a developing nation. In the last quarter of 2013, India's GDP was 4.7%, a result of growth in the tertiary and manufacturing sectors, but This major occupation of India did not play a role in total GDP growth last year and it has been for many years. Agriculture in India was of great interest when India tasted freedom for the first time. After 10 years most efforts and policies were directed towards development in other sectors. The machines arrived late after the reforms of 1991. The machines made work easier and the skilled workforce became established and investors forced manufacturers to recruit skilled personnel on site. Therefore, unemployment was a huge problem for the nation as skilled labor was in short supply. The World Bank says some problems faced by developing countries that own farmland: • India's large agricultural subsidies are hindering productivity-enhancing investments. • Over-regulation of agriculture has increased costs, price risks and uncertainty. • Government interventions in labor, land and credit markets. • Inadequate infrastructure and services. These were the difficulties faced by agriculture as an occupation in India. Indian agriculture when compared to the outside world is still primitive. Indian farmers are unable to purchase good quality seeds and machinery to support their produce. Even though India does not have good technology, it still ranks tenth in the world in terms of industrial production. Agriculture in the United States is a very profitable occupation. Agriculture... middle of paper... realized the use of an infinite source of energy and inculcated solar energy hunters to use it in the best possible way. All the techniques mentioned above are very focused on the quality of the energy the product and also the fineness of the product; here the main thing of concern is the budget, which is a pile of crops of the government and farmers. There is advice given by the government on how to carry out crop rotations, how many times a year you need to look at a detailed soil productivity check, etc. All these parameters help to get the best quality product. India is also growing, it will certainly not be left behind, but we must change our perspective and work harder to achieve quality results. Farmers are very less educated and our government has also taken steps to improve agriculture and address quarry farming through a 24/7 toll-free number to call.
