As the pirate taunts Samus for being a coward, the agile bounty hunter leaps over the barrier and lands on top of the pirate. Screaming in confusion, the Pirate tries in vain to cut Samus away. Samus casually places her cannon against the pirate's forehead, charges the beam, and releases a blast of energy into the creature's head. Samus jumps down as the pirate trembles for several moments before collapsing to the ground
