With the increasing levels of multiculturalism in business today and the proliferation and essentiality of information systems, the development and management of IS must be considered in light of the cultural factors that impact its usefulness. For an organization to be successful, employees and employers must have cultural awareness of the people around them. So, what is culture? Culture is the way we live.
