Topic > Nature of Evil - 1318

Analyzing the nature of evil reveals challenges. Challenges are posed in the form of questions or statements such as; if God were good, he would destroy evil; an omnipotent God would destroy evil; Evil can never be destroyed; and therefore the possible existence of such a good and powerful Being is questionable. The lifestyle of a typical Christian revolves around doing what is right and avoiding evil. Believers are expected to provide assistance to others regardless of their background, race, or denomination. One is expected to be a role model and serve as a good example to others in society. Christians have the great task of ensuring that they convert to Jesus Christ. This is significant in the war against evil and in ensuring that many non-believers are converted through moral teachings and evangelism. Nature of Evil Theological books describe evil in two broad categories, namely moral evil and natural evil. Moral evil is a phenomenon that involves the voluntary decision to do evil. It is associated with acts of intentional wrongdoing that include robbery, murder, rape and theft. This category of evil is the foundation of sin and is punishable according to biblical teachings. It is also considered a crime under the laws of the country. These crimes can occur due to an individual's influence or willingness to take part in the sin. Natural evil is associated with natural events including catastrophes or calamities. These disasters include droughts, famines, floods, storms and earthquakes. Sometimes natural disasters are considered as God's punishment for sins committed by man. I agree with the statement and it is justified in Hebrews 12:5-14. It is sometimes said that God at ...... middle of paper ......and in the presence of man if the character of people changes and becomes like the nature of God. The society completely based on greed it is nothing more than an orgy of sin. In order to avoid evil it is necessary to make extreme and radical changes. The human mind is very powerful and is able to distinguish what is good and what is bad. This is associated with the freedom to choose between right and wrong. One can control external evil only if one can defeat the evil within oneself. Confession is the best way to eliminate inner evil. In conclusion, human beings were created to have a relationship with God. He is ready to accept people every moment they turn to Him. He promised people a place in heaven and said that, "as much as of man's sins are red as blood, they will be purified to become white as snow". This is according to the statements of Jesus Christ.
