ExtroversionExtroversion is usually evident from early childhood until the day we die. Extraversion is related to people's comfort level when engaging in relationships with others. There are two groups known as extroverts and introverts. Introverts are often referred to as reserved individuals who enjoy their own company and keep to themselves while extroverts tend to express their feelings outwardly and thrive in a social environment. Introverts tend to be quiet and avoid taking part in social situations, usually preferring to observe from above. away rather than interacting with others. They find it difficult to work in large group settings as this inhibits their ability to make an effective contribution. Introverts do not feel the need to engage socially with others, which is not necessarily a consequence of shyness, but rather a satisfaction in being a figure without company. Introverts are not an impulsive type of person, which makes them likely candidates for missing out on potentially useful opportunities. This in a way shows that introverts are perfectionists and have a very calculated approach. They like to plan and have a structure in place to achieve their goals. Introverts are also inclined to internally examine their own performance levels and are widely considered to perform better in terms of work attendance than extroverts due to their highly committed attitude. Extroverts are sociable people who often become agitated when socially inhibited. They continually seek excitement in their lives and are unfazed by standing out from the crowd. They are ideal candidates for leadership roles in companies due to their social skills and ability to take responsibility and interact with others....... middle of paper... Sometimes these intelligent and highly motivated individuals they are considered boring due to their stubbornly hard-working nature. They are willing to work very hard to achieve their goals. They possess all the characteristics needed to run a business or become a successful entrepreneur. People with a low level of conscientiousness, also known as unconscientious people, are often considered unreliable and disorganized individuals with a lack of determination to achieve results. They often seem relaxed in their approach and are easily distracted when it comes to carrying out a task. They usually lack the ability to follow the procedure, probably due to their lack of motivation and their inclination to be a reactive rather than proactive person. They are best suited to a highly structured work environment to avoid exposing weaknesses.
