Topic > Does community curfew really solve the problems? - 916

As we all know, the teenagers of this generation are the adults of the next. All of their actions, how they are raised, and their mindset will determine whether we have a positive or negative effect on the world. Many communities agree that imposing a community curfew is a good idea in many ways. Where many others can see the reasoning behind it all, they can also see the flaws. Creating a community curfew for adolescents can have a negative impact on them because it becomes a block in their maturation process; it forges a general hypothesis about gang violence and will not bring about any change in the long term. One could easily see how a community curfew can and will harm a teenager's maturation. “One thing that those who enforce this law need to remember is what it was like to be a teenager.”(Asselin 1) It is better for teenagers to learn from personal experiences, rather than from what they have been told. This way, they can say they did it and suffer the consequences. Kass of the Parent Blog commented that: “Most kids go out without permission anyway; so the curfew doesn't mean putting up a brick wall even if they can be arrested. In various communities, curfews are taken very seriously and teenagers are arrested due to lack of cooperation. However, creating a curfew will not end the problem. For those whose parents don't necessarily care how long their children stay out at night, the curfew won't stop them from doing what they want. Enforcing the curfew would be a waste of time for adults who have to follow orders to go out. As stated earlier, teenagers have a common rebellious attitude and going out at any time of night is nothing more than the normal… half of life. paper ...... estimate To summarize, having control of some of your decisions, such as when to enter the house and knowing what follows, is the best way to grow and allow yourself to know what is out there in the real world .
