Teaching involves the analysis of these aspects, questions, decisions and reflecting on them gives me the idea that, to become a teacher, one must reflect on all its components. This essay will show only four parts of the unit taught so far, Professionalism and ethics, strategies that can be used to motivate students, a positive classroom environment and proactive classroom management. What needs to be demonstrated is how effective a teacher can be based on the knowledge they are given. Teaching: Some people often comment about teachers "they don't do enough, they don't care". What do teachers do? How do they make a difference? A teacher must make students wonder and question everything. They force them to apologize and they mean it. Students must be taught responsibility and respect. A teacher must teach students how to read, write, and read some more. A teacher knows they make a difference. The teaching profession has become one of the most popular and important professions around in recent years. The role of a teacher is to shape a child's mind and help him grow, to the best of his ability. A teacher must be professional in every sense. Academically a teacher will need to be formally trained at tertiary level, as they must have the necessary skills to teach and assess a student. Teachers also must dedicate themselves to ongoing training, which can last years. Many new programs are always being made available for staff training. Teachers are very much in the public eye and as such must portray a professional appearance. Wearing casual, nonsensical, and too-tight clothing would not be the wisest decision a teacher could make. At all times you must be dressed elegantly... middle of paper... it is a rewarding position in which as a teacher you must commit yourself. Rewarding means having the privilege of working with students and making a difference in a child's mind as they grow. A teacher must constantly reflect on how he teaches, the decisions he makes and the questions he is asked. This is a profession worth the years of study one must undertake to complete.
