Med J Aust, 196(2), 118-121. Introduction: The article covers known information regarding the mental health status of several people in Australia. Objective: The study aimed to describe several aspects, which included the set of information known about the mentality of indigenous Australians from municipal surveys. Scope: Explores different emerging guidelines and principles for governing and improving assessment practices within different cultures. Focus: The study established that Indigenous Australians have a higher burden of injury and disease than the majority of the Australian population. This has been associated with an increase in the prevalence of non-communicable diseases, such as mental disorders. Relationship to the topic: Mental health and cultural issues are directly related. Mental problems affect people from different cultures in different ways. Audience: The research is intended for families and other members of the Indigenous Australian community. Research methods: The study used a systematic search using means highlighted by the Preferred Reporting Unit for Systematic Meta-analyses and reviews. Various data collection and analysis methods were used in consulting public records on the issue. Strengths: The study was able to establish the causes of differences in data on the health outcomes of Indigenous Australians.
