Technology acts as a distraction that takes up much of our free time and prevents us from questioning what we don't know. Technology may have offered people stable jobs and a better lifestyle, making life easier. While it has had a very positive impact, it has had a negative impact as people are too consumed with their electronic devices to even hold a conversation with a stranger. Electronics influence our leisure, sensory experience and wonders which ultimately limit our knowledge. If we do not use our free time wisely, we will not be able to study anything that is desirable. Wonder is questioning things we don't know and that scare us, but if we ignore it we don't gain knowledge and become more informed. Last but not least, sensory experience is the starting point of most of the philosophy that people nowadays do not use their senses because they are overwhelmed by their senses.
