In the September 20, 2003 edition of the New York Times, Kate Zernike examines some of the downsides of easy access to information over the Internet. In the article “Students Shall Not Download, Yeah, Sure”, Zerkine mainly focuses on content plagiarism and free downloading of music and films through the interpretation of excerpts from series of interviews with young people, university students and university authorities on the phenomenon Internet. The main point of the article is that the new generations do not distinguish between right and wrong behavior towards the Internet.
