School uniforms Many kids at school don't like their uniforms or rules about school dress. 50% of students and parents on Debate.org say no to school uniforms.“ Uniforms ugh, this is from a TEN YEAR OLD. Uniforms, you can be a bully target with uniforms. " This was done by a real person on debate.org who gave their opinion on uniforms. I personally agree because I've seen kids at the school I go to get bullied because they have a stain on their shirt, but they have to wear it because it's school policy.Overall, many children can be bullied because of uniforms and this can cause suicide and leave a family who would like to do something about it but cannot do something about it because of this horrible effect they can cost a lot of money. “Students who already receive free and reduced lunch should not be FORCED to buy uniforms.” 53% say yes, uniforms represent a financial burden for poor families $30 to buy new clothes for school and it was very difficult for my mother because we needed that money for shopping. I used to have perfect clothes. Buying new clothes for school can be a financial burden for many families. Like my family. My school has problems with students not abiding by school dress code policies. I found out that other schools also have problems like my school. “Parents, you need to take back control and help your children understand the uniform rule.” Obviously this person is aggravated by the fact that students do not comply with the school dress code. If people get angry like this, why have uniforms or rules about school dress? I believe students can wear whatever they want as long as it is appropriate and does not contain anything negative such as swearing, ...... middle of paper ......, and many children and parents don't wear I don't like having uniforms or polo shirts and jeans (except jeans, maybe). If I'm not feeling well, I would just wear sweats and a loose t-shirt with a jacket. but I can't do it anymore. I have to worry if I lose a shirt because I don't have many and the others might have stains or be dirty. I don't like having to worry about things because it can be very stressful. School policies on dress code bother me. I understand that schools want students to be equal, but that is what makes us special and unique from others. Growing up saying yes, I spent my childhood being the same as other students on the outside. But inside we feel trapped. My opinion is that schools should change their rules so that they are not inappropriate or half-maximized. Yes, you may have to be specific, but schools are still specific about what we need to wear.
