As Madeleine Berg of Forbes said, “While, on average, women in this country make up 78% of their male counterparts, African-American women and Native Americans earn 64 cents and 59 cents, respectively, for every dollar earned by white men, and Hispanic women earn only 56 cents per dollar of a white man” (Berg). This is really unfair and in 2015 we still have discrimination because of skin color. Viola Davis during her Emmy speech said, "The only thing that separates women of color from everyone else is opportunity. You can't win an Emmy for roles that just aren't there" (Berg). Well, I guess minority females have fewer opportunities opportunities than their white female
