Get your children used to the idea of playing a sport and being part of a team. Let them watch a game or practice. Take them to the field about a week before their practice begins and walk with them around the field so that they get a feel for it, concentrate and find pleasure in it. Let them wear their uniform or athletic shoes at home so they get excited about being part of the team. The number of children playing team sports is decreasing because many are not interested in being part of a team, they prefer to sit at home and play on video games, phones or tablets. Since some kids don't even like to leave the house to play a sport, there are sports games like NBA 2k18, Madden NFL and many, many more. Parents should encourage their children to be active and play sports, but if their child is not interested or does not like sports, the answer will be no.
