Poetry is one of the most difficult, yet most important literary techniques, which has only been mastered by a few authors. One of the best poets is Williamworth who relied on lyric poetry and made history. However, many people have debated what the purpose of his writing was. For every author there is a vocation. For John Milton, it was to please God. For Edgar Allan Poe, it was about escaping reality. However, literary critic Harold Bloom describes what he believed was Wassworth's purpose: "The fear of mortality haunts much of Worth's best poetry, especially as it concerns the premature mortality of Imagination and the loss of its creative joy." In other words, he felt that he would inevitably lose his creativity and had to write as much as he could. Looking at Williamworth's best poetry: Tintern Abbey, Prelude, The World Is Too Much With Us and London 1802 each describe the accuracy of Bloom's criticism. First of all, we must look at the text Tintern Abbey by Williamworth to understand his ultimate fear. of the death of the imagination. From an early age they were given imagination. But is it possible to lose it? What if someone has writer's block, for the rest of their life? While this possibility requires imagination, it is something everyone should consider. Wistfully, Worth describes his past in this poem: “That time is gone, and all its aching joys are now gone, and all its giddy ecstasies. This does not cause me to faint, or cry or murmur; other gifts followed; for such a loss, I would say, an abundant reward. Because I have learned to look at nature, not as in the hour of reckless youth..." (page 783 lines 83-90) it is worth remembering a time when...... half of the paper...... and great information.BBC.
