Good restaurant management is vital to successful businesses. Managers are the people in charge of the restaurant making sure the food is good and the customers are satisfied. A knowledge of restaurant management creates a good restaurant that runs smoothly and goes strong, so more and more customers come back to enjoy the food, it is also useful to know what restaurant management is, what skills are needed to become one, what operational risks , what career opportunities and what is the salary. Running a restaurant can be one of the most stressful jobs, as well as the most fun and rewarding work. If the manager is a good leader with excellent leadership skills and has excellent followers, the restaurant will be grateful to him. Otherwise, restaurant sales will not be satisfactory. While developing a corporate staff team is important to running a successful restaurant, it is also important for management to focus on public relations, as well as sales and marketing strategies (Bureau of Labor Statics). Staff development is vital for restaurants to run smoothly. A restaurant is made up of two sectors, a Front of House and a Back of House. The facade of the house is what is visible to the eyes of the customers. Customers cannot see the back of the house. At the back of the house is where the cooks prepare the food and where the dishwasher is located (Bureau of Labor Statistics). Restaurant managers are in charge of the restaurant room, they are responsible for everything, they make sure that the customers and the food are good and greet all customers. Manager Sammi explained that if a manager develops his staff, the restaurant runs smoothly. The store will profit, the employees and the guest will be satisfied.
