Introduction Boeing Cooperation has many legal, ethical and social responsibilities that affect its organization. This paper will discuss some of their responsibilities and how they impact the management planning of the Boeing Corporation. There are also many factors that affect the strategic, tactical, operational and contingency planning of Boeing companies. Three of these factors will be analyzed worldwide. Because of this world domination there are many issues that will affect Boeing's management team's planning and how the organization will be run. Social Responsibility Boeing took a big step forward with the announcement of joining the World Environment Center (WEC), “ a global non-profit organization that helps companies around the world implement sustainable business strategies and operations from environmental point of view” (WEC, 2005, CRS wire, ¶ 1). With Boeing recognizing the major challenges facing the planet's ecosystem, aggressive but realistic goals to reduce the impact of Boeing's operations and the life cycle of their products on the environment. By implementing aggressive tactics, Boeing has improved its solid waste recycling rate by 25 percent, and by 2012 the company will increase energy efficiency while reducing greenhouse gas emissions along with comparable goals for reducing hazardous waste. Boeing is embedding environmental thoughts and actions into employees by learning from them and empowering them to drive change.
