IntroductionThis report will briefly describe and explain the nature of the organization and analyze the organization in different areas such as structures, culture and power as well as evaluate the performance of the organization. At the end there will be a conclusion and a recommendation. Our group observed a football league, which is called Super-leagues Football at 6. This league is located at the top of Hill Lane on the border of Upper Shirley and Bassett, about a fifteen minute walk from the University of Southampton.2 . Background of the organization The championship is founded by James Farley in 2003 and is managed by him and his friend Tony. They rent one of the two grass pitches at Southampton Sports Center at £50 an hour for 9 hours each week and pay each referee £6 an hour. It also raises £18 for each team for every hour and there are currently 8 teams. The championship takes place every Sunday and Monday evening from around half past four to nine.3. Key organizational stakeholders Stakeholders are defined as “groups or individuals who have an interest in the firm's performance and how it uses its resources, including employees, customers and shareholders.
