Topic > Reflection on individual experience (manager interview)

My result for Are You Innovative is a five, as a new manager suggests, this rating when it comes to being ready to try or adopt new things, I am average or slightly above average compared to others. I received a score of five for the You will be a courageous manager assessment, which means that during times of stress and transition, I would demonstrate the behavior to make a decision. Seven is my rating for Are You Self-Confident; a score of six or higher implies a high level of self-confidence. Self-confidence is the source from which leadership develops and is also a solid foundation for starting your career as a new manager. My intuition was correct, the feedback from the test results revealed what I recognized in myself. I found a lot of value in the “new manager self-test; the trick is finding out where the knowledge fits best. Interpreting the test results and interview questions I believe I would be the type of manager who surrounds himself with good people and is eager to help others thrive and progress. My team would know what I stand for. As a manager, there will be times when I will have to make difficult decisions, I see myself having the courage to determine which ones require a yes, no or delay. There is no plan that can predict my success in management, I hope to incorporate what I have learned to achieve success
