Abortion not only ends the baby's life before it has the chance, but also leads to health problems such as infertility and premature births. Life begins at the moment of conception and an innocent life should not end due to parents' lack of financial stability. This problem can be solved by banning abortion. Abortion by definition is the termination of a pregnancy after, accompanied by, resulting in, or immediately followed by the death of the embryo or fetus. Abortion ends life and causes many health problems for the mother. Abortion ends the life of an unborn child before it has a chance at life. It has been argued that the fetus is not a baby nor is it alive until it is born, however, according to biology, life is a distinguishing characteristic of a living organism from a dead organism or a non-living thing, as it is specifically distinguished by the ability to grow, metabolise, respond (to stimuli), adapt and reproduce. A fetus is a living organism, it grows inside the uterus, responds and adapts to its environment. The fetus also has cells that divide and reproduce, which makes it a living being according to biology, which is the study of living things. Therefore, abortion ends the life of an unborn child. Abortion also leads to several health-related problems, such as infertility. Infertility is the quality or condition of being sterile, which means not being able to conceive a child. Therefore, a woman who has terminated her pregnancy once has a greater chance of infertility in the near future. So when the time comes that she wants to conceive and keep the baby, she may not. So not only are you ending the life of a previous child, but you are perhaps preventing yourself from having a desired future pregnancy. The researchers reported that…half of the paper…does not occur. Abortion can cause many health problems and even be life-threatening in rare cases, but it still poses a risk. Therefore, abortion should be outlawed. Works Cited Abortion & Pregnancy Risks. " Women's Right To Know. Department of Health & Hospitals. Web. February 13, 2014. .Abortion - Medical.
